Cancellation Policy

Parenting & Co‑Parenting Coaching Services This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between P&CP Coaching / TJ (“Coach”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By engaging in P&CP Coaching services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below: 1. Nature of Coaching Services P&CP Coaching focuses on Parenting and Co‑Parenting development, including goal setting, skill‑building, communication strategies, and decision‑making support. Coaching is: • Educational and supportive • Future‑focused and goal‑oriented • Designed to increase awareness, skills, and personal responsibility Coaching is not: • Psychotherapy or counseling • Mental health treatment • Legal advice or mediation • Crisis intervention The Client understands that coaching does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health or medical condition. 2. Client Responsibility The Client acknowledges that: • They are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results • Coaching outcomes depend on the Client’s participation, honesty, and follow‑through • The Coach does not make decisions on the Client’s behalf The Client remains solely responsible for: • Parenting decisions • Co‑Parenting agreements • Legal, medical, and therapeutic choices 3. Confidentiality All coaching conversations are treated as confidential, with the following understanding: The Coach will not disclose information shared by the Client except in the circumstances outlined below: Limits to Confidentiality / Obligation to Report Confidentiality does not apply if the Coach reasonably believes there is: • Risk of harm to the Client or another person • Suspected child abuse or neglect • Suspected abuse of a vulnerable adult • Threats of violence or self‑harm • Legal requirement or court order to disclose information In such cases, the Coach is legally and ethically obligated to report to appropriate authorities. 4. Session Structure • Online Sessions are scheduled in advance via the P&CP Coaching booking system • Sessions begin and end on time • Late arrival by the Client does not extend the session duration 5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy To respect time and availability: • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full • No‑shows are considered a missed session and are not refundable Exceptions may be made at the Coach’s discretion for emergencies.
